How does Lumira actually trade on my behalf?

Lumira connects to your personal Kraken exchange account using trade-only API keys you provide. Nexus AI uses these keys to open and close positions. Your funds never leave Kraken and we can never withdraw them — only execute trades. You can revoke access anytime by deleting the API key directly in Kraken.

Can Lumira withdraw my funds?

No — by design. You enable only trade and query permissions on your Kraken API key — never withdrawals. Lumira is technically incapable of withdrawing funds. The worst possible outcome is a losing trade, not theft of capital.

How do I connect my Kraken account?

In Kraken: Security → API → Create New Key. Enable ONLY: Query Funds, Query Orders/Trades, Create & Cancel Orders. Never enable withdrawals. Copy both keys, paste into Lumira Dashboard → Settings → Kraken API → Save. Your bot activates within 60 seconds.

How do I set up Telegram alerts?

Download Telegram. Search @LumiraAlertsBot and tap Start. The bot sends you a verification code. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Telegram Alerts → paste the code → Connect. You'll immediately receive real-time trade alerts, daily P&L summaries, and account notifications.

My bot isn't making trades — what do I do?

Check that your Kraken API keys are connected in Settings and your bot is toggled ON. Nexus AI only trades when it finds a high-confidence opportunity — it may idle during low-volatility periods. Ensure Kraken has sufficient funds. No activity after 24+ hours with everything connected? Email support@lumirainvest.co.

What is Kraken staking yield?

Because funds stay in your Kraken account, Kraken pays staking rewards on eligible assets automatically — ETH up to 7% APY, SOL 5–8%, ADA 4–6%, DOT ~12%. This is separate from Lumira trading. Enable it directly in Kraken under Earn/Staking. Rates vary and are not guaranteed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard anytime. Subscription stays active until end of the billing period. API keys are permanently deleted from our system immediately upon cancellation.

How much money should I start with?

No enforced minimum. We recommend: Starter — at least $300–$500. Growth — $1,000+. Pro — $5,000+ for best results. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely. Crypto trading carries real financial risk.

What if the bot loses money?

Losses are normal in trading — no system wins every trade. Nexus AI has stop-losses, drawdown memory (reduces position size after consecutive losses), regime detection (conservative in bear markets), and adaptive thresholds. These reduce but don't eliminate losses. Subscription fees apply regardless of performance.

What coins and markets does Lumira trade?
