About Lumira

Lumira is an automated trading platform operating at lumirainvest.co with dashboard at app.lumirainvest.co, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. It connects subscribers to Nexus AI — a proprietary self-learning trading engine.

Lumira is not a bank, brokerage, registered investment advisor, financial institution, or custodian. We do not hold, manage, or control your funds. We provide software tools that, when authorized by you, execute automated trades on your personal Kraken exchange account.

Eligibility

To use Lumira, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract, not reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited, have a valid funded Kraken account, only invest capital you can afford to lose entirely, and not be using Lumira on behalf of any third party without their explicit written consent.

Account Registration

An account is created automatically upon successful payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lumirainvest.co of any suspected unauthorized access. Each subscription is for a single user only — sharing credentials is prohibited.

Subscription & Billing

Three subscription tiers: Starter ($15/month), Growth ($35/month), Pro ($99/month). All payments processed via Stripe.

• Billing cycle: Renews automatically every 30 days from your initial purchase date.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Subscription remains active until end of current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
• Billing errors: Must be reported within 7 days to support@lumirainvest.co.
• Plan changes: Upgrades and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Failed payments: Bot is paused automatically. Reactivates upon successful payment.
• Price changes: 30 days written notice to your registered email before any price increases.

Lumira charges a flat monthly fee only. We never charge performance fees or any percentage of your trading profits. Every dollar your bot earns belongs entirely to you.

The Trading Service

Lumira provides access to Nexus AI — a 2,400+ line automated Python trading agent running 17 parallel analytical systems scanning 25+ cryptocurrency pairs every 45 seconds, 24/7. Each user's bot runs as an isolated process with its own AI models, trade history, and signal weights.

Kraken API & Your Funds

You must connect your Kraken account using trade-execution API keys only. You are solely responsible for creating API keys correctly without withdrawal permissions.

• Your funds remain in your personal Kraken account at all times. Lumira never takes custody.
• Lumira cannot and will never withdraw funds from your Kraken account.
• You may revoke access at any time by deleting the API key in your Kraken account settings.
• You are responsible for all tax obligations arising from trades executed via Lumira.

Risk Acknowledgment

By using Lumira, you explicitly acknowledge: cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk and you may lose some or all funds allocated; the Nexus AI engine has risk controls but cannot prevent all losses; there are no guaranteed returns; automated systems can experience technical failures; and exchange events affecting Kraken are outside our control.

Not Financial Advice

Nothing on the Lumira platform — website, dashboard, Telegram bot, AI chat, support communications, or any other channel — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any kind of professional financial guidance. We strongly encourage consulting a qualified financial advisor before using Lumira.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for any illegal purpose; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; reverse engineer the Nexus AI engine; engage in market manipulation via our platform; share account credentials; misrepresent your identity; or interfere with platform infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, code, algorithms, designs, and intellectual property on the Lumira platform — including the Nexus AI trading engine, dashboard, logo, and all written content — are the exclusive property of Lumira. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses. Lumira's total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumira and its owners, operators, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any trading activity conducted on your Kraken account via Lumira.

Termination

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription through the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your bot deactivates at end of billing period and your API keys are permanently removed. Lumira reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

Modifications to These Terms

Lumira may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Lumira.
